To Use Bug Repellent Spray: Spray on clothing and any exposed skin. When applying to the face, spray on hands and rub on face. Will need to be re-applied every 20-30 mins during peak bug season.

To Use Bug Repellent Stick: Rub on areas prone to being bit, such as, behind ears, along hair line, face, ankles, etc.
